Made-to-Order Products
All items are made specifically for each customer upon placing an order. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at wrhausapparels@gmail.com, including:

Clear photos showing the issue
Once approved, returns are typically issued as store credit. Refunds are reserved for items that arrive defective or incorrect.
All WRHAUS pieces are crafted to order. Any quality concerns are reviewed and resolved within 5–7 business days of approval.
Lost Orders
If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, WRHAUS will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on product availability and circumstances. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
Orders returned due to:

Failure to collect the package
may require the customer to cover reshipping costs. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
