The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
